About Panduan PCOS
Panduan PCOS is a Malaysia-focused women's health education site. We explain PCOS, the new PMOS name, tests, symptoms, food, clinics, and supplement checks so readers can prepare better conversations with doctors, pharmacists, dietitians, or other qualified health professionals.
Our editorial status
Content is prepared by the Panduan PCOS Editorial Team. At this stage pages do not have a named doctor reviewer, so we do not claim individual medical review by a clinician. If named clinical review is added in future, the reviewer name and role will be shown on the relevant page.
The PCOS to PMOS transition
In May 2026, an international process announced Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, or PMOS, as the new name for the condition long known as PCOS. We still use PCOS in navigation and some titles because readers, clinics, older records, and web searches will continue using that term during the transition.
What this site does not do
Panduan PCOS is not a clinic, not an emergency service, and not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose PCOS or PMOS, create individual treatment plans, decide whether a supplement is safe for your personal situation, or tell readers to stop medication or delay care.
How the site is funded
Some pages contain commission links, including Shopee links. We only show a product pick when we have a matching commissioned Shopee URL, and we label it as unverified so you stay in control. Before buying, please check the active ingredient, dose, halal status, MAL/NOT number, seller details, expiry date, current medicines, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status yourself.
