Feedback & Help
Panduan PCOS is an educational resource, not a clinic or emergency service. This page explains how our content is reviewed, how to report mistakes, and where to find official help in Malaysia.
Reporting mistakes or sending suggestions
If something looks inaccurate, a source is out of date, a link is broken, or you have an idea to make an article more useful, we want to know. Our content is reviewed periodically against current guidelines and studies.
- Read our corrections policy to understand how mistakes are handled.
- Read our editorial policy to understand how content is prepared and referenced.
- See our methodology to understand how we choose sources.
What we cannot do
We cannot give personal medical advice, diagnose PCOS or PMOS, or confirm whether a supplement is safe for your individual situation. For personal decisions, please speak with a doctor, gynaecologist, endocrinologist, or pharmacist.
Urgent mental health support
If you feel unsafe, have thoughts of harming yourself, or need urgent help, contact these helplines directly. Do not wait.
