Editorial Policy
Panduan PCOS publishes health education, not personal treatment advice. Our goal is to help readers understand clinic questions, risks, follow-up options, and evidence limits without pretending an online article is a clinic.
Source standards
Clinical claims should be supported by checkable sources:
- International PCOS/PMOS guidelines and professional organizations involved in the name change.
- PubMed, Cochrane Library, systematic reviews, and peer-reviewed studies.
- Malaysia Ministry of Health resources, MyHEALTH, NPRA, and relevant local professional bodies where available.
- Official product-safety sources for supplements, registration status, label checks, and consumer warnings.
Review and doctor status
Pages are editorially checked against listed references. At this stage we do not claim named doctor review unless a page clearly displays that reviewer. If no named reviewer is shown, readers should treat the page as editorial education only.
PMOS updates
From May 2026, core pages should explain that PCOS is moving through a name transition to PMOS. We keep PCOS in navigation and titles for search and reader recognition, but definition and diagnosis pages should include PMOS context.
Affiliate and product coverage
Commission cannot override safety cautions. Products without a verified exact link, real product image, MAL/NOT number, label, halal status, and seller must be presented as a search or checklist item, not as a complete review or buying recommendation.
Corrections
If you spot an error, contact us through the Corrections page. Safety issues, misleading product links, and stale medical references are prioritised.
